Kelli grew up in La Crosse, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2005. She also graduated with a Masters degree in School Counseling from Winona State University in 2012. Kelli came to Holmen in 2014 after working in the Bangor School District. She currently works with high school students and serves as a school counselor helping students academically, personally and socially, as well as with career development.
